Brian Ocoro is a senior associate on the Accounting team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, he joined the firm in 2022 and focuses on the firm’s equity funds. Before Thoma Bravo, he spent three years at Grant Thornton LLP, most recently as a senior audit associate. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University.
