Ben Kocis is a vice president on the Investor Relations team at Thoma Bravo, where he focuses on the firm's private wealth business. Based in New York, he joined the firm in 2026. Prior to Thoma Bravo, Ben was a vice president at The Carlyle Group, where he played a key role in building the firm's private wealth business and managing relationships with U.S. investors. Earlier in his career, he was an associate at Morgan Stanley. Ben received his MBA and B.S. in finance from Binghamton University.
