Becca Galliano

Becca Galliano is vice president of Talent at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2025 to manage talent acquisition and recruitment. Previously, she oversaw the recruitment function at Strongpoint Partners, a private-equity-backed financial services firm, where she was responsible for identifying, assessing and attracting top talent. Drawing from more than a decade of experience in recruitment leadership, strategy and execution in a variety of industries, she focuses on providing best-in-class talent practices to build high-performing teams. Becca has an M.S. in higher education and a B.S. in speech language pathology, both from Eastern Illinois University. She is also a certified professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).
