Alexis Czaja

Alexis Czaja is director of Human Resources at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2021. Alexis brings 18 years of experience leading human resources departments and programs for multiple organizations across the financial industry. Most recently, she was human resources director at Waud Capital Partners, a growth-focused mid-market private equity firm. There, she was responsible for all facets of human resources, including talent acquisition and retention, co-founding the diversity and inclusion committee, revamping company benefits, streamlining payroll processes and onboarding new employees. Previously, she was a vice president and human resources business partner at Antares Capital, assistant vice president and senior HR business partner at Mesirow Financial, and human resources manager at Aurora Investment Management. Alexis holds a B.B.A. in marketing from Saint Xavier University.
