Alexander (Alex) Diaz is a senior associate on the Service Desk team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, he joined the firm in 2021. Alex is responsible for employee IT help desk ticketing and end-user hardware and software troubleshooting. Before Thoma Bravo, he was an IT service administrator for the County of Humboldt, where he managed ticket resolutions for more than 2,000 PCs. Previously, he was a technical support coordinator for Perez Technology Group and an information technology specialist for East Hartford Public Schools. Alex holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Connecticut.
