Aaron Perez is an associate on the service desk team at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm in 2026. Aaron is responsible for IT help desk ticketing and end-user hardware and software troubleshooting. Before Thoma Bravo, he held service desk analyst roles at JPMorgan Chase and First Republic Bank. Previously, he was an IT assistant with NorthBay Healthcare. Aaron completed the Year Up Cybersecurity Training, an intensive, competitive technical training and career development program.
