Thoma Bravo Completes Sale of Command Alkon

HILLIARD, Ohio and SAN FRANCISCO – Thoma Bravo, the world’s largest software-focused investment firm, today announced the completion of the sale of its majority stake in Command Alkon, the trusted technology partner powering the heavy building materials industry, to Francisco Partners. Heidelberg Materials, one of the world's largest integrated manufacturers of heavy building materials and solutions, retains its significant minority stake in Command Alkon.
