We have historically seen a relatively large number of companies in this segment of the market, which has provided a more robust deal flow. Explore has targeted businesses with strong management teams and often partnered with management teams who want to remain with their companies for the next chapter of growth. Explore has also sourced opportunities through strategic add-on acquisitions and corporate carve-outs of non-core software divisions.
