Thoma Bravo Wins Two Global M&A Atlas Awards

Global M&A Network recognized the accomplished leaders, dealmakers, outstanding firms and the best-value creating transactions during the jointly held 7th Annual USA Middle Market and 16th Annual Global M&A Atlas Awards gala celebrations

Thoma Bravo was honored with two Global M&A Atlas awards at the event: Global Tech Private Equity Investor of the Year and Global M&A Deal of the Year ($1-$5b) for the firm's acquisition of Darktrace.
