Thoma Bravo Wins PEI Award for Fundraise of the Year in the Americas

Thoma Bravo was awarded Fundraise of the Year in the Americas at the PEI Awards 2025 for Thoma Bravo Fund XVI, recognizing the firm’s largest fundraise to date.

In June 2025, Thoma Bravo announced the completion of fundraising for three buyout funds totaling more than $34.4 billion in capital commitments, including Thoma Bravo Fund XVI, Discover Fund V and the firm’s first dedicated Europe Fund.
