Thoma Bravo Recognized as a 2025 Top Private Equity Innovator by BluWave

BluWave recognized Thoma Bravo as a 2025 Top Private Equity Innovator. This recognition places Thoma Bravo among the top 2% of North America's most innovative PE firms across due diligence, value creation, modern private equity firm operations, and corporate citizenship. This year's award recipients were selected through BluWave's rigorous assessment in consultation with leading limited partners, investment bankers and other thought leaders in the private equity ecosystem. As part of their selection process, the committee evaluated more than 6,000 private equity firms and utilized more than 75 different factors, incorporating more than 400,000 data points.
