Thoma Bravo has been recognized as a recipient of BluWave's Top Private Equity Innovator Award for the second year in a row. The Private Equity Innovator Award recognizes the top 2 percent of North America’s most innovative private equity firms.
Firms were evaluated across four key criteria: proactive due diligence practices, transformative value creation, modern private equity firm operations, and corporate citizenship. Awardees were selected by a committee in consultation with limited partners, investment bankers, industry thought leaders, and service providers. The committee evaluated more than 6,000 private equity firms and used more than 75 different factors, incorporating more than 400,000 data points.
