Deals of the Year: Points of light in a dark time

The editors of Buyouts honor exceptional buyouts with the publication's Deal of the Year awards. This year, Buyouts recognized six PE firms and their portfolio companies for remarkable achievements in turbulent 2020. Thoma Bravo was among the six and was recognized as the "Deal of the Year" for its Ellie Mae transaction.
