Today’s Portfolio Spotlight features Kofax, an intelligent automation solutions software provider for digital workflow transformation. Kofax has been helping organizations prepare for the future of work and supporting their digital transformation journeys by publishing original research and sharing resources, including blog posts and webinars, with its community. Kofax has also worked to support COVID-19 relief through direct financial and product support.

  • Delivering Direct COVID-19 Relief: In May, Kofax announced that it would donate 15% of all proceeds from the direct sale of its key Power PDF product over an eight-week period to the International Committee of the Red Cross. Separately, in April, Kofax announced that it would provide 90 days of complimentary, 24/7 support for health care, emergency services and government sector customers as they work to respond to the COVID-19 crisis. Kofax’s software solutions, such as Robotic Process Automation, have also proven crucial in helping governments around the world streamline their processes and ensure that COVID-19 relief funding is delivered rapidly.
  • Providing Research-Based Insight: Over the past year, Kofax has published a three-part Intelligent Automation Benchmark Study, commissioned through Forrester Consulting, that surveyed over 900 IT decision-makers and employees to provide insights to support organizations on their digital transformations and help them decide which automation projects to fund. The study found that 58% of organizations have deployed automation technologies to digitize information and identified the importance of an integrated approach to automation adoption. Based on this study, Kofax concluded that companies will have the greatest return on investment when automating workflows that include document intelligence, process orchestration and connected systems.
  • Sharing Resources: Kofax has also been guiding its community on how to prepare for the future of work through blog posts and webinars. For example, in November, Kofax co-hosted a webinar on how intelligent automation can help companies adapt to the new era of remote working by ingesting large numbers of documents and quickly onboarding new customers or employees. In October, Kofax hosted a webinar on the future of work and the impact of automation on organizations in the Asia-Pacific region. Over the summer, Kofax hosted a panel of customers to discuss the future of digital business, posting a blog post summarizing panelists’ key recommendations for how companies should plan for success with their digital transformation strategies, which include ensuring to apply intelligent automation to content-focused processes and adopt a scalable approach to implementation of these processes.

We are so proud of the way that Kofax is helping organizations to prepare for the future of work and supporting pandemic relief. Thank you, Kofax!
