Portfolio Company Spotlight features Conga, a software company providing digital document solutions to more than 11,000 customers in 85 countries around the world. In May, Conga merged with software and AI solutions provider Apttus to become an industry leader in digital transformation for commercial operations. Through their individual efforts, and now as a combined entity, Conga and Apttus have been providing critical tools to help businesses maintain continuity through the extended remote work period. Here are some of the ways that Conga and Apttus have been powering businesses and organizations:

  • Removing Barriers to Remote Work: Conga’s and Apttus’s software tools help businesses facilitate remote work while also reducing costs. Conga’s automation, document and contract management solutions streamline, capture and track workflows; allow remote teams to send personalized, up-to-date documents; and enable leaders to negotiate and execute contracts without having to leave their homes. Conga is also helping customers maximize these solutions by providing customers with free access to Conga University, an educational program that allows users to gain digital skills through hands-on training courses. Additionally, the Apttus 1.0 product suite offers tools to drive organizational excellence during this time, including intelligent CPQ software to transform revenue operations and revenue management tools to create a customer-friendly revenue process.
  • Providing Free Software Tools and Support to Nonprofits: In an effort to address the disproportional impact the pandemic has had on nonprofit organizations and their ability to obtain critical financial contributions, Conga is offering nonprofits free software solutions. Conga is providing nonprofit organizations that currently use Salesforce with complementary access to its eSignature solution, Conga Sign, through September 30, 2020. In addition, Conga is offering nonprofits unlimited access to its support and education portals. With the free use of Conga’s digital solutions, nonprofits will be able to efficiently and remotely execute mission-critical documents and stay focused on the essential work they do for their communities.
  • Connecting Industry Leaders to Accelerate Digital Transformation: Conga and Apttus have hosted a series of webinars with industry leaders to discuss the impact of COVID-19 on business processes such as contracting, how technology can mitigate these challenges and how to create resiliency during the pandemic. Conga is also hosting webinars to discuss common obstacles and share best practices in order help sales teams adjust to an all-digital landscape, and transitioned its user conference Reimagine into a virtual event, providing over 2,000 people with keynotes, breakout sessions and networking opportunities.

We are so proud of how Conga and Apttus have been supporting businesses throughout the pandemic and look forward to seeing what they’ll do as a combined company. Thank you, Conga and Apttus!
