Thoma Bravo-backed enterprise software maker Hyland Software Inc. has done its first add-on deal, buying Liberty Information Management Systems.
Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
With this deal, Hyland adds about 1,000 additional customers to its existing client base of 7,200. The company also boosts its presence in the western U.S. and central Canada.
Thoma Cressey Bravo bought a majority stake in Hyland Software last year in a deal that included about $150 million of equity. Thoma Cressey Bravo split into two firms - Thoma Bravo and Cressey & Co. - last year.
